Healdsburg Private Home, near Plaza and River

My house is not visible from the street. It is close to town but feels like in the country. It is on a acre of land and is nice and private with no close neighbors. The fenced front yard is nice to have if you have a small dog and the hot tub is privately located.

Key lock box by front entry door has the combo. Please return key to box after entry (reset middle button, put in combo and return to box).
Third Bedroom, Hall Closet, Laundry Room closet and Garage are all locked and off limits.

Do not put wooden items in the dishwasher.
Door to washing machine should be left ajar when not in use.
Miquel, the gardener comes on every other Saturday
Please put recyclables in lower cabinet to the left of the kitchen sink in the back container.
